...On the go is walking that fine line between work and play...
With the intention to simply express,
Wielding a brush, adding color's finesse,
Painting beauty onto the canvas of commonplace.
In ordinary, it finds beauty unseen,
From rock to leaf, every object convenes,
Slippers, clouds, wrappers, the mundane gleams,
All become muses, as inspiration streams.
On the move, purpose shed,
Not necessity, but creative fate,
Unfettered by learning's logic,
In art's joy, it finds its magic.
Not big dreams, plans, or futures to chart,
But present, lost in pursuits from the heart. Embracing life's moments, gestures so slight,
Turns strangers to memories, ever so bright.
Labor outdoors, no wealth sought,
Yet repays in ways that can't be bought.
It's about dedication, persistence,
patience, hard work, and play,
ending the day tired, satisfied,
from a day's honest foray.
Finding a haven that anchors you,
offers you a needed respite,
pays heed to a heavy heart,
calming stormy eyes,
Above all, it is about expressing, however you can.
Got a brush, colors, and paper to show?
Flask of Bournvita and Parle-G in tow?
If that's a yes, then just so you know,
You're halfway there, swiftly on the go!

Heritage Walk, Ahmedabad

थोड़ी चाय, थोड़े रंग, थोड़ा प्यार, किस्सा छोटा है और नहीं भी।
Eager to test a new brush, I stepped out of the stationery store and encountered this scene.
To his surprise, he mentioned that it was the first time someone had sketched his fruits.
This little sketch, created after a long day, earned me a complimentary cup of tea.
Over the next few days, I repeatedly crossed paths with him and his friends as I searched for
subjects to draw, and they generously provided me with free water and fruits.
